HR Trainee – Admin and Comp&Ben

Our HR department is currently looking for a trainee to strengthen its Administrative & Compensation and Benefits team. 

Your Role

  • Administrative management of employees such as: preparation and processing of documents,  onboarding, HR system maintenance, overtime processing, preparing lunch vouchers’ orders, ordering Sympass Cards, set-up of mandatory medical examination meetings for new joiners, day-to-day administrative tasks;
  • Absence management: follow-up on all leaves (sick leave, exceptional leave, paid leave), including input in Gesper (HRIS), overview on illness certificates, reporting to CNS and subsequent reconciliation of reimbursement, follow-up on maternity, paternity and parental leave requests, follow up of immigration paperwork for candidates and staff;
  • Payroll preparation such as overtime follow up, update of personal data (bank account, address…), assistance in reward letter preparation;
  • Support HR team in new ERP implementation and end user adoption;
  • Participate to various HR projects in line with business requirements;
  • Follow up on employees’ questions ;
  • Create HR reports.

 

Your profile

  • Master’s degree;
  • Very good computer skills (especially Excel & Word)
  • Strong sense of confidentiality;
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
  • Rigor and autonomy;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluency in French and English;
  • 6-month full-time internship;
  • Internship agreement mandatory.
