Takashi Handa is a partner of Mazars group and leading FAS practice in Japan as Representative of Mazars FAS Corporation(“MFAS”). MFAS provides a wide range of services such as Transaction Advisory Services for inbound & outbound M&A, Corporate Finance and Valuation services. Takashi developed professional skills with a Big 4 accounting firm for 14 years including secondment in Europe (Spain and UK), and then accumulated investment, financing and M&A transactions through 6 years’ experiences in the Investment Bank group of a major American investment bank.
