Qualified actuary

We are looking for a qualified actuary to join our Actuarial team starting on September 2024.

Responsibilities:

Your role within our teams is to:

  • Providing actuarial support to financial audit team: review of technical provisions under Local GAAP, high-level Solvency II review, review of IFRS 17 financial statements, etc.;
  • Providing high quality consulting services to our clients on the following actuarial topics: Solvency II, IFRS 17, Risk Management, ORSA, ESG, Employee benefits, M&A, Companies ‘valuation, Pricing and products development, Asset Liability Management, …etc.;
  • Supervise a small team composed of motivated junior actuaries;
  • Networking: promoting our actuarial services to the market, attending conferences and seminars, conference speaking, writing articles and blog, etc.;
  • Business development: RFP responses, prospecting new opportunities, conducting markets research, etc.

Your profile:

  • You have 3 to 7 years of experience as an actuary;
  • You hold a master’s degree in actuarial science;
  • You hold an actuarial qualification from well-known actuarial associations;
  • You have Significant experience in IFRS 17 and Solvency II;
  • You are fluent in French and English, German or any other languages is an asset;
  • You have strong IT skills: VBA, R, Python, SAS, Prophet, Moses, etc.
